2.5 years at Guidewire
It's been over two and a half years that I've been at Guidewire. This is a phenomenal organization. Small, gutsy and brilliant in so many ways. I could wax eloquent about working with a crew that has been second to none, well, barring the usual random exceptions.
This is a blog that the engineering team contributes to. Makes for very compelling reading for a technocrat: GW Dev, especially if want to look at how engineering teams *should* work.
